Processing time

Most orders are verified and prepared within 1?? business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, high-volume periods, inventory checks, or payment review. Tracking is sent after dispatch and may require up to 72 hours to display its first scan.

Shipping charges

For the United States and Canada, and for all other available regions, orders from USD 0.00 through USD 44.99 qualify for Fast shipping at USD 5.99. Orders of USD 45.00 or more qualify for Free shipping. The order subtotal used for the threshold is calculated at checkout after applicable discounts and before charges that Shopify excludes from the shipping-rate calculation.

Delivery estimates

Standard transit generally takes 5??2 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, weather, carrier interruptions, remote destinations, and seasonal demand may cause delay.

Tracking and delivery concerns

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, or a parcel is shown as delivered but cannot be located, email service@calrvexo.com within seven days of the carrier?? delivery notice. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information at checkout. Import duties or destination fees, when imposed, remain the customer?? responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
