Calrvexo accepts eligible return requests made within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Starting a return

Email service@calrvexo.com before returning an item. Include the order number and reason for return. We will review the request and provide return instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unwashed, complete, and in its original packaging with accessories. Personalized, made-to-order, final-sale, perishable, intimate, hygienic, and opened consumable products are not returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

Contact us within seven days after delivery and provide clear photos or video. Once verified, we may provide a replacement component, replacement product, or refund. Calrvexo covers reasonable return costs when we confirm our fulfillment error or a qualifying defect.

Change-of-mind costs and refunds

The customer pays tracked return shipping for an eligible change-of-mind return. Original expedited charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5??0 business days after inspection or agreed resolution. The payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
