Payment options

Available cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods appear at checkout and may vary by region or device. An order is accepted only after successful authorization and our order confirmation.

Secure processing

Checkout is supported by Shopify and established payment providers using industry-standard safeguards. Calrvexo does not intentionally retain complete payment-card numbers. Transactions may be reviewed for fraud prevention, and we may request reasonable verification, pause fulfillment, or cancel and refund a transaction that cannot be verified.

Currency conversion and payment issues

A bank or wallet provider may charge foreign-exchange, cross-border, or service fees; those fees are controlled by that provider. For a pending, declined, or duplicated payment, first check with the provider. You may then email service@calrvexo.com with the order number and a redacted transaction record. Never email complete card details or account credentials.
