Product Guarantee Policy

Calrvexo expects each product to arrive complete, functional, and materially consistent with its description.

Guarantee period

Unless a longer manufacturer guarantee appears on the product page, eligible manufacturing defects reported within 30 days after delivery are covered. This guarantee supplements rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, improper storage or cleaning, unauthorized modification or repair, failure to follow instructions, consumable depletion, or damage from incompatible accessories.

Submitting a claim

Email service@calrvexo.com with the order number, an explanation, and clear photos or video. We may request reasonable troubleshooting. Once a defect is confirmed, the available remedy may be guidance, a replacement component, a replacement product, or a refund, depending on the problem, inventory, and applicable law.

Keep the product and packaging until the claim is resolved unless we provide different instructions.
